What’s included with HB Plus Package?
Online Shop and HB Web Studio (Websites) are part of the new HB Plus Package FREE until June 30, 2026, then only $12.90 per week + GST
The HB Plus Package will soon include the upcoming HB Client App, a personalised salon app for your clients
All other features in this release are included as part of your standard subscription at no additional cost
These features are part of an early release and will continue to evolve and improve based on feedback from partners like you. Please review the terms below to activate your access.
1. Early Access Features
By participating in the HB Early Access program, you acknowledge that:
- Features are in an early release stage and may continue to be improved
- Functionality, design, and availability may change over time
- Some features may be updated, modified, or removed as part of ongoing development
2. Use of Features
You are responsible for:
- Reviewing your setup before going live
- Managing your products, pricing, and online content
- Ensuring information presented to your clients is accurate
3. Availability & Performance
While we aim to provide a reliable experience, early access features
- May occasionally experience interruptions or changes
- May be updated without prior notice
- Are provided as part of an evolving platform
4. Feedback
As an Early Access Partner, your feedback is valuable.
By participating, you agree that:
- Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product
- HB Software may implement changes based on partner input
- Our support team may contact you for feedback
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- HB Software is not liable for any loss or disruption resulting from the use of early access features
- You are responsible for how you use these features within your business operations
6. Confidentiality
As an HB Early Access Partner, you acknowledge that the features provided as part of this early access program are confidential and not yet publicly released.
You agree to:
- Keep all information relating to these features confidential
- Not share, publish, or disclose details, screenshots, or demonstrations of these features to any third party without prior written consent from HB Software
- Use the features only within your business for their intended purpose
This includes (but is not limited to) sharing on social media, with competitors, or in public forums.
This obligation continues until the features are publicly released by HB Software.
General
- These features are provided as part of your HB software subscription
- HB Software may update these terms as the product evolves
- Continued use of the features indicates acceptance of any updates
