Beta Tester Agreement
This Beta Tester Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which you are granted access to a pre-release software feature (“Beta Feature”). Please read this document carefully before participating.
1. Beta Feature
The Beta Feature is provided for evaluation and testing purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:
- The Beta Feature is not a final product and may contain errors or defects
- Functionality, features, or availability may change at any time
- The Beta Feature may be withdrawn without notice
2. Included Beta Features
The following features are included as part of this Beta program and may be made available to you during the testing period:
- NEW Online Shop – Start selling products online in minutes, with promotional sliding banners, a featured product carousel, and more.
- NEW HB Connect – Connect online and remotely faster, safer, and easier, with no router requirements, SSL setup, or port forwarding.
- NEW Notifications – Easily manage all notifications from one central location.
- NEW Online Promotional Header – Create and manage multiple promotions displayed across Online Booking, Online Shop, and Gift Voucher pages.
- Online Booking Updates – Easier login using a one-time password (OTP) and the ability to add your salon logo to online pages.
- NEW & FREE Mini Website – Create a website in minutes using your custom .salon.com.au domain, exclusive to Hairware Beautyware.
- NEW Redeem Gift Vouchers Online – Gift Vouchers now include a PIN, allowing customers to securely redeem vouchers online.
- NEW Stock File Updates – Download the latest stock files directly from the supplier list with a single click.
- NEW Gift Voucher Register – Allow your entire team to search and review previously sold Gift Vouchers via F7 > 3 – Gift Vouchers.
- NEW Signature Option for Consultation Forms – Consultation forms can optionally capture your client’s signature.
3. Confidentiality
You agree to treat the Beta Feature and all related information as confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, software functionality, workflows, designs, screenshots, documentation, and communications.
You must not disclose, share, publish, or otherwise make this information available to any third party without prior written consent.
3. Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used to improve the product. You acknowledge that all feedback becomes the property of the Company and may be used without restriction or obligation.
4. No Warranties
The Beta Feature is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranties or guarantees are provided, whether express or implied.
5. Limitation of Access
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the Beta Feature at any time, for any reason.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
