Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion Period
    This promotion commences on 1 July 2025 and ends on 30 September 2025  (“Promotion Period”). Hairware Beautyware (“we”, “us”, “our”) may extend or shorten the Promotion Period at its discretion.
  2. Eligibility
    1. To be eligible:
      • You (the “Referrer”) must be an existing Hairware Beautyware customer on a current subscription plan.
      • The referred salon (the “Referee”) must be a new customer to Hairware Beautyware, signing up on any of our subscription plans for the first time.
    2. Employees of Hairware Beautyware and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  3. How to Refer
    1. Ask the referee to mention your name or salon name when enquiring about our software
    2. Or submitted a referral via our online referral form or by emailing sales@hbsoftware.com.au with the Referee’s salon name and contact details.
  4. Reward
    1. Once the Referee has completed installation and activation of HB Software and their subscription fees are paid, we will issue a $250 EFTPOS gift card to the Referrer.
    2. Gift cards will be sent within 45 days of the Referee’s successful installation of HB Software.
    3. If multiple Referrers are credited for the same Referee, the $250 reward will be split equally between the eligible Referrers.
  5. Delivery of Gift Cards
    1. Gift cards will be sent by Australia Post to the postal address we hold on file for the eligible Referrer.
    2. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards once they have been posted.
  6. General Conditions
    1. Earn as many $250 reward is as you can.
    2. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all Referrers and Referees. Any decision we make in relation to this promotion is final and binding.
    3. We may, at any time and without notice, amend, suspend or terminate this promotion if we reasonably believe it is necessary, including due to fraud, technical failures, or any event beyond our control.
  7. Privacy
    1. By participating, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We will use the personal information you provide for the purpose of administering this promotion and may share it with third parties only as necessary to fulfil gift card delivery.
  8. Jurisdiction
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
