Purchasing gift vouchers with another voucher is not permitted.
NEW – Google Analytics
We have added google analytics to your online pages, simply add your Google Analytics Measurements ID (GA4) into the Online Settings screen and then easily track your online pages through google analytics
NEW – Gift Voucher Search Screen
A Gift voucher search screen has been added in F7, 3 – Gift Vouchers.
Provide your staff with a simple way to verify vouchers instantly, without the risk of accidental changes. This read-only screen hides sensitive totals and disables editing, just like the Gift Voucher Registry, ensuring a secure environment for everyday salon operations
NEW – Gift Voucher Notes
The gift voucher registry now has the ability to add notes to individual vouchers.
The New Gift Voucher Search screen also allows for notes to be viewed
NEW – Gift Voucher Client History Screen
The client card now includes a gift voucher history screen, displaying all the client’s voucher purchases and redemptions.
This information has been moved from the Service History screen for easier access.
NEW – Gift Voucher Refunds
For those rare instances, Gift vouchers can now be partially or fully refunded when required.
NEW – Appointment Book Timeline
A red horizontal timeline now appears in the appointment book, showing the current time and making it easier to track appointments throughout the day.
NEW – HB GO Appointment Book Messages
You can now add a message to an operator column in the appointment book in HB GO.
Simply tap the operator’s name to add or view messages.
IMPROVED – HB GO Stock
The HB GO stock screen now supports:
- Taking product photos
- Uploading images
- Deleting product images
Additional online shop settings are also available when the online shop is active.
NEW – Stock Search Filter
Stock update list now makes it easier to search for items, with a search for:
- Product Descriptions
- Barcode
NEW – Duty Flags
Flags can now be added to duties in the same way they can be added to appointments.
IMPROVED – Birthday Auto Marketing Filter
Birthday Auto marketing now has the ability to only send a message to clients that have visited the salon in the past X months.
IMPROVED – Service & Package Setup Screen
Online booking descriptions and settings are now included directly within the Service Setup screen, making it easier to setup and configure services.
IMPROVED – Future Appointment Search
Future appointment searches can now be performed using the client phone number, making lookups faster.
